Using spip 2.1 problem with redirect

Dear people:

I use SPIP 2.1.25 [21141] for a that had grown pretty big over the
years. I have been faced over the past many months with the redirect
function that doest work. (and is probably the cause of large
bandwidth use for me am not sure about this)

Today while checking an error log on the server i get the following:
[14-Jun-2013 09:51:20 America/New_York] PHP Fatal error: Call to
undefined function chapo_redirige() in
/home/sacwinfo/public_html/sacw/ecrire/public/parametrer.php on line

I've just checked the function on my SPIP 2.1 and can't reproduce the
problem... So perhaps you have to check if you have all the files for
SPIP 2.1.25 of if the
http://core.spip.org/projects/spip/repository/revisions/16745/entry/branches/spip-2.1/ecrire/inc/lien.php#L257
is readeable for the server...

No other idea at this time, give perhaps a link, it sometime can help...
