I almost finished re-developing my bilingual SPIP website:

I will be happy if you look at the website and give some feedback/review.

Hello Kamran

At first glance, everything seems all right.
I’d rather not put the American flag (or any flag for that matter) for the English language link.

Dear Kamran,

minor suggestions from a non techie spip user, I think the search
button should be available at the top menu.
I find the picture space at the top Left 1st story to be excessively
big. Changing that may upset the current template structure, but it
would good to rethink this.
