Hello,
I need someone with knowledge of SPIP, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to help/teach me customizing default SPIP squelettes. My page is a busy news website with both rtl and ltr versions. I think 5 to 10 hours work is enough, and I do pay 10 to 15 USD per hour.

You should count :
- 2 days for the first page (sommaire.html)
- 1/2 day per page after that (and you need at least : rubrique.html, article.html, recherche.html, plan.html)
- 1 day every 4 days for debug
- 1/2 day to 4 days for special features like agenda, newsletter...

And, in France, count at least 45€/hour
