Is there anybody knowing how many SPIP Web Site I can install into a server.
Is there a benchmark showing this? And if not how to do to know it? How
much memory to set, Is it possible to use 2 or 4 processors with the
server? And about MySAL is it a better solution to have another server, if
so what should be it's configuration?

If you mean an ISP server with a MySQL base (like free.fr), you can install several Spip sites on the same data base. There's an article on the subject on Spip-contrib (you'll find the link to this site on the SPIP site. It can be done very easily.
