Probl ème de distribution

Mon mystère étant passé inaperçu vendredi, je le reposte au cas où...

Mystère.
Je suis en train de tester la distribution d'infos du site sur l'un de mes autres sites.

Le fichier
http://www.actuabd.com/distrib-infos.php3
fonctionne, de même que le fichier HTML qui fait la mise en page

Mais lorsque, dans le code HTML d'un autre fichier, je l'appelle par
<script src="http://www.actuabd.com/distrib-infos.php3"></script>
il n'affiche rien.

Le code du fichier php3 est
