Plugins list in english

Greeting,

usually, when I need plugins I’m making directory plugins/auto and receive the plugin list through RSS.
But the descriptions of the plugins are always in France, is any way to see the description in the language of my Interface (english for example)?

In fact, the description actually should be shown in your language IF it is
translated... like some plugins like authority or entries for forms...

In the case the description is not translated, well the only available
language is shown. We should and would make an effort. Sorry.

Look, the plugin « Menus » have English title and English description, but in list is shown in French.

I mean in RSS plugin list (http://color.org.ua/ecrire/?exec=charger_plugin),
but not here (http://color.org.ua/ecrire/?exec=admin_plugin&voir=tous) in the list of availible plugins.

You are right... I just commited an [en] title in the plugin Menus ([en] was
missing) and the description now appears in english too (wait one hour for
an update of the zip)...

You are right, let's have a look at this...

but not here (http://color.org.ua/ecrire/?exec=admin_plugin&voir=tous) in
the list of availible plugins.

Yes this seems ok IF the plugin title is translated.

I've just found you should add &lang=en at the end of the rss feed of the
plugins. When done, you receive the description in english if they exist.

Thus, replace for instance:

http://www.spip-contrib.net/?page=rss-plugins-spip-2-1

with

http://www.spip-contrib.net/?page=rss-plugins-spip-2-1&lang=en

Is it possible to make in auto mode? To add lang=#LANG to rss feed?

I've posted the idea on spip-dev about 3 minutes ago :-). It is to implement
in th core, I think.
