I dont know if it is spip, or not.
But after upgrading from 183 to 192 (newest) I keep getting problems..
And its allways the same problems..
one day U can not acces my site with "prefix" www, the next day you need to write www to gain acces..
this week or last week i installed all files agaian, and it worked right away..
Can anybody tell me whats wrong..
also I can not remotely schmod neither local nor config..
Do I need to remove anything from the spip install or/and do i need to schmod anything again..
Since Im not able to schmod some folders at install i just make new ones, that i can schmod..
then the site works..
Is there any invinceble files inside the config and local folder when installing.. if yes, can ( or do I have to install them again..)

I think it's a DNS configuration of your domain : you must alias the * to www.
If you don't manage yourself this DNS, you should ask to your provider imho
