Des versions SVG des icones les plus utilisees dans l'espace prive + petites modifs de css pour en tenir compte

Passons a des icones SVG pour le bandeau, le menu developpement est un peu bidouille mais il fait le job
On prefixe les icones avec un menu- pour eviter la collision avec d'autres nommages et on enleve le -48 qui ne veut rien dire ici

Complement a 52764a1611 : permettre d'utiliser une vue aussi pour une table de liens, en declarant les cles dans tables_auxiliaires

Ajouter des logs sur le genie optimiser, dans un log dedie, c'est bien le moins qu'on puisse faire pour savoir un peu ce qui s'est passe
