In SPIP 1-7a8 I can define an article as a translation of another
article. Is there a similar possibility for rubrics?
What I want to do is to display an overview of recent articles in a
rubric and automatically link to a rubric with an overview of the
respective translations in another language (like it is possible in
articles).

No. We're thinking about this, but I guess it will be quite a lot of work,
because you don't want to have this on every website ; and we'd like to get
out a stable version before.

articles).
You might be able to do this by selecting the first article of your rubric,
then its translation, then the rubric of its translation, then all the
articles of that rubric. Have fun!
