I sucesfully installed SPIP with help of Online translation from French to
English. I like it very much and would like to see if there is any work to
create a BASIC SPIP with English output for web pages produced. Basic things
like Dates, messages prompt, heading, article prompts, etc will be enough. I
know some are embeded in the *.php3 files. It would be good if I know which
file writes into the database tables that I can change to English or Chinese.
