SPIP Program

I like the program very much! Install was very nice, Good job.
How do I set it up so that anyone can login and submit writings
or articles of their own?
Also, where do I go to change the main header label on the beginning
public page to my (myQGT) header for my website of (myqgt.com) ?

Thank You very much,

There is a plugin that makes it possible : openPublishing.
It's available here : http://files.spip.org/plugins/stable.zip
(it's an archive of the developpment version wich hasn't changed since
a long time : Connexion · GitLab)

Original documentation here :
Plugin OpenPublishing - SPIP-Contrib (in french)
An automatic translation is here : Yahoo fait partie de la famille de marques Yahoo.

I suppose that you use the default distribution.
Just modify the file dist/inc-entete.html

In the private area: go to Configuration > Interactivity and check "Allow registration" in the box "Automated registration of new editors".

If you are talking about the site's logo, go to Configuration > the site's content and on the left click on the small triangle next to "this site's logo" and upload your header.

I confirm :
I read your mail too much fast and didn't see that you wanted the
users to be automatically registered.

The original website contains a java applet in it's header (it's a
long time since I haven't seen one
The logo can't work here

That's probably because you are working with the simplified interface.
Just put the mouse pointer over the small icon of the sun and the moon in the coloured toolbar under the big icons at the top of the private area and click on "complete interface" in pop-up menu.

Thank You for your help. Although: there was not Allow registration and
or Automated registration of new editors under Interactivity. There was
an area to allow to enter an email address to be able to submit at the
Public site area. But after testing it, even after the login of a new
ID and password, you still get an error saying that you don't have
permission for the private area, and there is nothing on the public
area for anyone to do anything. More help please, Thanks.
