Hello,
Does anyone know how to fix the following issue?
When I wanted to restore a backup of SPIP1.9 on the same version I give the following error while restoring table spip_meta:
The identifier « … » is unknown. Connection error/ You identified yourself with the login , but it does not exist in the database (anymore). Try to reconnecthaving quit then restarted your browser if necessary.
I force to start SPIP again same as installing a new one. When I login again it asks :
If you are a site administrator, please click on this link………When I follow the link, asked to create a file or a directory with this name for example: admin_a3e344bb00
When I wanted create the same folder or a file and reload it, I give that message again to create file or folder admin_a3e344bb00. The file or folder that I do create under folder tmp, it automatically deletes after reload.

The main site language if Persian/ Farsi, same as arabic right to left. But I use english characters for login information.

I don’t know what your problem is but I always find it very difficult to use logins or passwords in Arabic characters. Do your login and password use Arabic characters?

This sounds like the backup file that you restored may have different users to the site? I sometimes see error messages like this when I'm using a SPIP backup file to transfer the content from a development server to a live server and each has different author details in the database.

Whenever I have trouble with SPIP's authentication, the first thing I try is deleting all of my cookies for that site and logging in again. If that doesn't work, I delete everything in tmp/ and check the permissions of IMG/ config/ local/ and tmp/ again. If it still won't work, I try both again at the same time.

Other than that, my approach to SPIP complaining about authentication details is to manually edit the database using the mysql command-line or phpMyAdmin. If update all of the fields correctly then creating new users, changing password, etc. is reasonably easy.

I force to start SPIP again same as installing a new one. When I login again it asks :

Hi Thomas,
Seems that issue with connection has fixed when I used the old admin login information for re-installing SPIP.
Now I’m here following 2 ways.
1: Restoring a Backup of SPIP 1.9 and restoring directly on SPIP 2. It is several times that I’m waiting to complete restoration of the database. Seems it has done restoring some tables like spip_rubriques but I give a blank page when opening 2 of my site sections. There are also a few articles I give blank page.
I still waiting to be complete restoration and show spip_forum restoring and it is 57.1 Mb.
2: At the same time on another computer I’m restoring a backup of SPIP 2 on SPIP 2. I got that backup at the first time after several hours’ progress for upgrading from SPIP 1.9 to 2. I gave the connection error for several times but after following the same way as SPIP installation and deleting some files of the folder squelettes (old 1.9) the view of the private aria became normal. Same as the first way restoration of the database is in progress. It is about 7 hours that I’m waiting and says spip_forum is 99.4MB. But in this way those sections are accessible now and the title of the site is still My SPIP Site.
The backup (.xml.gz) that I have from SPIP1.9 is 19 MB.
The backup (.xml.gz) that I have from SPIP2 is 51.8 MB.
A (dmp.gz) back up that I have directly of the database is 32.5 MB. Unzipped one (.dmp) is 114 MB.
I don’t know really how long It will take but it is really too long.

Hello,
I give the following error in firefox when I wanted to open feeds:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function lire_config() in /hermes/web03/b528/…/…/…/ecrire/public/composer.php(51) : eval()'d code on line 309
In internet explorer and google browser also I give the following message:
This feed contains errors. Internet Explorer will try updating this feed again later.

I’m using SPIP 2.0.7 [13888] and the site character set is utf-8.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

It seems that you are using a plugin that needs the lire_config()
function... which is defined by the CFG plugin. So yu really need to
check if our plugins are correctly activated

No I do not use such plugin, but I removed the cache and now it is working.
