I have downloaded and installed SPIP on my site without any problem but only The Language.
My site running in Arabic, but I don’t understand French like English to translate the scrip.
Do you have English version of SPIP?
If not: May I know which files have to be modified or could be translated?

Hello and welcome to SPIP
Version 1.6 of SPIP in multilingual, it supports English and Arabic. However it is still a preview version (the final version will be released soon).
You can download the preview version at: http://rezo.net/spip-dev/devel/
There, you will find a multilingual version (SPIP-v1-6pr3.tgz or SPIP-v1-6pr3.zip) and a one language version: Arabic (SPIP-v1-6pr3-ar.tgz or SPIP-v1-6pr3-ar.zip) or English (SPIP-v1-6pr3-en.tgz or SPIP-v1-6pr3-en.zip) which is of course smaller to download.
You can also subscribe to the English SPIP mailing list at:

or the Arabic mailing list at:
http://listes.rezo.net/mailman/listinfo/spip-ar
but since these lists are fairly new and the final version of SPIP is not yet released, do not expect a lot of discussions on them for the moment
