I hope somebody there who knows english can help me out, im not even sure if im emailing the right email address because everything on the help site is in french.
My issue is with installing SPIP MEDIA.
I installed easy php 3.1, did all the steps that the site told me in the webmaster section.
I go to url http://localhost/spip/spip_loader.php, chose my language, clicked on install then after a one minute wait it gives me this error:

Im using xp professional. MYSQL and APACHE were running properly too.
