[spip-dev] échec d'installation

Bonjour,

Des fois que ça puisse mettre sur la piste d’un bug…
Cet échec de l’installation est un peu déroutant :
chargement sur un hébergement neuf de SPIP 2.0.0 beta2 [12913 :
define(’_URL_PAQUET_ZIP’,'http://files.spip.org/spip/SPIP-v2-0.zip’));

étape d’installation normales jusqu’à l’étape 4 où l’écran me dit “c’est terminé” mais affiche aussi l’erreur :
Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: The argument should be an array in**/var/www/vhosts/pinpin.com/httpdocs/ecrire/inc/charsets.php**on line 327

L’espace privé affiche en plus de l’erreur précédente :

ET

vérifier les droits d’écriture#### Le système a rencontré une erreur lors de l’écriture du fichier../tmp/cache/sql_desc.txt. Veuillez, en tant qu’administrateur du site,vérifier les droits d’écriture sur le répertoire tmp/cache.

Le répertoire cache n’est pas créé en fait
(j’ai eu le même défaut de répertoire cache non créé lors d’une màj réalisée dimanche je crois sur une instal neuve mais non configurée de vendredi soir).

Pour le créer, il suffit de visiter la partie publique mais le

n’est pas résolue pour autant.

Après avoir éffacé l’ensemble des fichier spip et détruit les tables, je viens de refaire une installation de de 12920 mais j’obtiens la même erreur :

Bien sûr,
Si ça peut aider je n'efface pas encore cette install pour tester éventuellement....
