Well, you can download SPIP from http://rezo.net/spip-dev/DISTRIB/
But the problem is that all the documentation, and the software
itself, is in French... so I'm afraid you won't be able to get much
out of it ;)) However, if you figure it out, please tell us, we
would be glad.
Hopefully, some day there will be an English version.
