I have 2 questions:
1: Is there any way to have only Text RSS feeds and not included MP3s, images, word and PDF files?
2: Is there any plugin for SPIP to make accessible the contacts via cell phone? Or is there any specific way?

The RSS feeds are generates using backend.html which includes inc-rss-item.html. If you want to control which documents are included in the feed, you can create your own copy of this file in squelettes/ and modify the DOCUMENTS loop starting on line 51.

If you don't mind having two folders full of templates, you can do something like <http://paris-beyrouth.org/Une-version-iPhone> (in French, but pretty self explanatory), if you know the UA string for the browser/s you want to target.
