Mes sites sont hébergés chez OVH avec la version 1.3.26 incriminée ici et
n'ont aucun problème...
C'est juste, à mon avis, le 1.3.26 qui a mal été configuré.

La nouvelle version d'Apache semblerait créer un conflit avec
l'identification SPIP.
Cette nouvelle version corrige un bug de sécurité.
Au final nous sommes revenus à la version 1.3.24 et çà passe.
