De constante _NOM_PERMANENTS_INACCESSIBLES verwijst naar de map met permanente bestanden die niet voor HTTP toegankelijk zijn. De constante verwijst naar de naam van de map met permanente bestanden die niet voor HTTP toegankelijk zijn. De map bevat het tijdens de installatie door SPIP aangemaakte configuratiebestand, maar ook de sqlite database en het bestand chmod.php (voor het beheer van door de server bepaalde toegangsrechten). De standaardwaarde is config/. Je kunt deze waarde aanpassen in het bestand config/mes_options.php (zie het artikel over dit onderwerp). Voorbeeld: define('_NOM_PERMANENTS_INACCESSIBLES', "config/");
