I'm translating through the web interface http://www.spip.net/trad-lang.
Do they have an index of words or terminology for translations?

I can translate from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.

I think that there are others who are actively translating SPIP into Spanish - are you in touch with them?

is what you are looking for -- though it is French-Spanish, rather than English-Spanish. It is not really possible to translate SPIP unless you use it yourself, because there are so many technical terms which really cannot be understood until you have used them in practice.
