I'll try to use spip for a small image gallery.
My problem are the thumbnails of images installed as "joint documents". My spip installed is SPIP 1.9.3 dev [11847]. My portfolio does not show a preview as I see it in http://www.spip.net/en_article3220.html (real pictures). I'm getting only something like this:
on this page /ecrire/?exec=config_fonctions
make sure you have
- GD2 activate (for example)
- and that "Generate thumbnails automatically." is activate as well

(On the frontend, however, the image appears, even thou it is very tiny.)
