Pour vous donner des nouvelles. Grâce à l'aide d'Antoine, on a pu situer le problème au niveau des privilèges de la base MySql en particulier la requête ALTER TABLE qui nous est interdite.

J'attends avec impatience le retour de mon hébergeur
En attendant, le site est en rade.
