I'm in a hurry but one way to fix the problem without modifying the mysql.ini file is to alter the Spip schema in the database.
The table that needs to be corrected is "spip_auteurs".
Insert or update it manually, filling ALL the fields. For password, there are plenty of md5 generators in Internet.
