Date of publication, uploading article’s logo do not respond on spip 2.0.2
Is this a bug? Is there an easy solution?

Einar, I'm sorry: I do not understand what you mean. Is this one problem or two? Can you describe more exactly what happens?
Do you have plugins installed?
I see on the spip-dev list that there can be a problem uploading documents caused by the plugin "Barre Typographique"

I have seen several messages go by recently which seem to suggest problems with uploading.
Maybe update to SPIP 2.0.3 to see if this solves the problem?
