Yes. You should be able to configure this in your private
area/configuration/interactivity menu.
The first frame "Default operation mode of public forums" deals with forum
configuration. Just choose "Immediate publication of messages
(contributions will be shown as soon as they are sent, administrators can
then delete them). "
This done, if ever you need to change this setting for a certain number of
articles only, you can configure their attached forums separately,
directly on the article modification page.
