i would like to start a SPIP translation to aragonese. I'll try the
online tool..but i cant start because it doesnt recognise the iso-code
an (or arg) for aragonese language.
how could i do to use the online tool? is it possible start with a new
language there?

'an' will be our favorite; I'm adding the language to our list of
authorized languages, but I need to know how you write "aragonais" in
this language.

not find the information on the SPIP website how to submit this
translation/localization directly, that's why I send you this e-mail.

you reached the right address; if you already have translated the
language files, you'll need to send them to us so we can integrate
them into the translation system -- but to update your translation
files you will need to use the translation system. It is at http://www.spip.net/trad-lang/trad_lang.php and you can find
translators' information on this mailing-list, and at SPIP
Can you send me the files of your translation and I will integrate them
into the translation system. Thank you.

The only translations currently in the "Indonesia" section of Trad-Lang are
the dates (basically the month names). I imagine that Kemas will have these
in his file too. So if it is easier for you, you can simply overwrite the
existing translations with the new ones from Kemas.

new strings to be translated (around 50 for the "spip" module) which are
new strings recently added to SPIP.

Thank you very much for your help and cooperation. From now on, I will
update the translation from the system.
The files are now mirrored in the development branch (SPIP SVN 1.9.3)
You will need to write at least one article in the documentation to
get the language to appear on the home page of www.spip.net (I
recommend starting with "SPIP Inside" “SPIP Inside” - SPIP )
I'm also adding you as administrator of the Indonesian sector on
spip.net, so you can work on the online help and docs
